Trust me, I know how hard it is to find parkour shoes made specifically for women . That's why I've been researching some alternatives. Lately, I've been roadtesting a couple shoes and comparing them. Over the next couple weeks, I'll have some info posted on the Kswiss Kirov and an alternative I've found rather satisfying: the Nike Air Max 90 Trainer I (II for the more recent model).

Something I would like to state at the very beginning, this shoe is NOT made specifically for parkour. It ...

Hello Everyone,

My name is Liv, I live in England. I have been practising Parkour since 2003. (I have an account on here called Flame, but ive forgotten my pass)

This year I felt like I wanted to release a video to mark my 5th year training parkour. However, although I may still do this, it is purely a marker of my journey so far, rather than an expression of the female community as a whole. Which got me thinking....

Although there have been plans to before, the worldwide traceuse ...

Okay, so let's discuss

What does parkour DO to people?

What effect does it have on them?

What changes happen when you begin parkour?

Do traceurs/ traceuses become more ... disciplined? Confident? Courageous? Out-going? Healthier?

Does it make you want to put down the chocolate and go for a run ?

What about it's effect on on-lookers?

The default language here on the site is english.

Apologies to those to whom English is not their first language.

It was not created in English because I speak english, it is not my first language either.

But all we can do is do our best to understand and communicate with each other as easily as possible.

To those who are native english speakers, it is requested that you do not use slang terms, to avoid confusion.

Any suggestions on how we can do this more easily?

The deeper i get into parkour the more i'm finding that i have terrible knees. I really want to do squats but every time i do my knees hurt after only 1 or 2. Well its not like a pain really, but more of a stressed feeling. Is this normal? I've tried watching tutorials on youtube on how to do squats and fixed a couple of things, but the feeling in my knees is still there. I know my father's side of the family (which i take after mostly) has bad knees and i'm pretty sure i picked up the trait, ...

Myself and Sprite in it, both still learning!
