			<description>As I'm trying to get my fitness and strength level up, I've started to do more push ups and other excercises daily. I train a martial art called Shuriken Jutsu where i do these excercises on a regular basis in class. However, I've been told by one instructor that because I'm a girl, I should do push ups on my knees and not my toes because my body is different than mens, but I was told by a different instructor that it shouldnt make a difference and to do the push ups on my toes.

Here we go,

Lately, I’ve gotten really interested in the traceuse. There might be very few of us on the site but I’m hoping ye’ll benefit from this info and take away some of the ‘oh god I’ll look like a male wrestler after this training’ perception that we tend to get.
