What parkour/freerunning means to you: ...everything. I've never found anything that fits who i am more perfectly

How you got started doing parkour/freerunning: I saw District 13...and then watched it like 3 more times in that week alone . I didn't know David Belle was doing parkour at the time i just thought he was amazing and wanted to see more of him, so i looked him up on youtube. That's when i truly discovered parkour and fell in love with it instantly.

I discovered it about a year ago and instantly started researching it, but haven't really been able to break free from my EXTREMELY lazy lifestyle. So I'm only really starting now.

Hi, everyone! I just registered. I'm a complete Parkour newbie, in fact I'm not even in shape to start training yet. I have to get up to the point where I can run without losing my breath, and I have to lose quite a bit of weight, but my inspiration is Parkour. My goal is to be able to start training in my landing and rolls in about a month and in vaults in about 4 months.

Name: Bre
Age: 26
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Occupation: Student in Physics
What parkour/freerunning means to you: Fitness and freedom. I've always wanted to be able to fly, this is probably the closest I'll get.
How you got started doing parkour/freerunning: I haven't started yet, but I got into it because a friend showed me a video of David Belle on YouTube about two years ago and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since.
