My Goals for the summer:
1: Learn to planche.
2: Get my fitness level up to what it used to be/higher.
3: Kongs - simply cant seem to get them.
Also, theres a precision in a place called Bray that i tried and failed to be able to do.
It wasnt large and i was extremely dissappointed in myself for not doing it.
I plan to progress to being able to do that precision by the end of this summer.
3: Kongs are indeed a biatch, that's why i tried a side kong, i'd say we should keep working on monkey ups, move on to monkey vaults, and then move onto proper kongs from there
And hey, there are always going to be things that piss you off, you did the right thing by walking away from it,
the second time i got hurt (as you know lol) i got pissed off cause i was SOO CLOSE to getting that really cool 360 turn vault to cat, but i should have walked away, i didn't and payed the price for pushing myself too hard.
Bottom line, put if behind you and come back to it whenever you feel good about it, and also if your not sure ask someone to spot you, i should have asked for a spotter with the side kong, not just cause it's a hard enough move, but more obviously.. because i'd never done it before, i was stupid, i payed the price again.
Anyways..
Peace to all
Stay safe

nice to read you are doing well Sprite
personally I'm doing ti well with two handed muscle-ups on bars.. guess I still need to fully control the technique cause sometimes I'm still hanging from the bar as a fish out of the water
Hey girl, thank you, means a lot
Good for you, i can't mussle up at all lol.... YET hehe...
The only thing is i've just had my third most serious injury
, i fell badly on my wrist when trying my first ever side-kong,
so yet again i'm out of action for a while
