A thread for our own parkour videos, Doesn't have to have all girls in it, but one or two would be nice.
So here's a video from my birthday jam, About a month ago. Myself and Sprite in it, both still learning!

Hey, good vid. But: the one with the bleu T-Shirt, when he does a monkey he let go his left hand before the other one and his legs are a bit "diagonal" . You should try to keep your both hands on the bar and put your legs just under your uperbody. I hope you understand something of this text xD
Bye ^^

Flame, really nice to see you here, you are one of my favorite "female inspirations", my friends always gaved me your videos as examples when I was at the beginning of my parkour. One question about muscle-up: what kind of exercices did you do to improve this fast "technical" muscle-up with 2 hands in the same time? I train one year for now but I still can do only this "one hand" muscle-up, more with strenght way, I don't know, I elevate my body, than stop, and then put one arm above the bar, than the second one and hop! But this is really slow :/ Any advice?

Its really just practise and lots of it, if you look at this video (april last year) I was still one arm then the other.
You have to pull up fast on the back swing, and reallllly force yourself to not leave the other behind. My left bicep is stronger than my right, so i trained getting up on my right more, so i could go up on both arms separately. You need a powerful chinup aswell though. I am sure it wont be long before you understand the technique. This one - with a swing, doesnt require that much strength once you understand the technique. Have you tried false grip muscleups? (ones on a very thick bar or beam?) because I learnt the technique on them.
Hope this helps.

Flame, thanks for your advices. If you coul just explain to me briefly what is exactly "false grip" because my knowledge of english sport terms isn't very brilliant. I was searching a little bit in Google and Youtube but every time there is something else that they show, mostly it's a movement with bands but when I observe all these examples I find on Internet, I can't draw any conclusion which is the one which shows exacltly the essesnce of "false grip muscle up" movement. [God, you have to know that I'm conscient of how clumsy are my english phrases and expressions, unfortunately it's not my favourite language and it's not similar to languages I know well- french and spanish, so please, be patient with this ]

But obviously on a bar...
Its basically resting your wrists on the bar, rather than your fingers, it takes more strength but i found this technique useful on beams and thick bars.
"false grip" is not so much an english term, but one me and the traceurs I train with use, so im not surprised you probably havent heard of it!!
take care xx
