Out of curiosity, I was wondering what techs/movements are your faves and which do you feel like you need to work on?

I'll start
Fave: kongs, lazys, and precisions.
Work on: balance Neutral

Hmm... my fave has got to be lazy vaults. And sometimes QM, but not on long gravely roads.
I need to work on wall runs (upper body in general) and speed vaults.

It is important to work on all movements, not singular movements.

I really cant say what movement I like best, there are so many..and always new ones being practised. 180 arm jumps possibly, unusual bar and underbar techs.

Im most proud of being able to muscle up, cause its taken forever to learn.

Same here, i like to do everything and try new things all the time,
i have great balance.. and always work at it, there is so much to look foreward to,
i would like to do some more work on flow aswell as singular movements...
that is all really.

Peace and love to all I love you

Like a Star @ heaven hey.. well I agree that we must work on all the exercises... but now I guess that I am in a period of time in which I've focused more on my arm jumps and other combinations of movements in which arm jumps are involved
